Our clothing items are made and shipped through a third party printing company, so
contact us before returning any products.

We will submit to them a problem report on your behalf, explaining what was wrong with the item and their customer support team will then take care of the problem. This only applies to misprinted, damaged, or defective items. Any returns or problems that occur because of an error made by the printing company will be handled at their expense.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
The printing company does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Make sure to look at the sizing charts provided for each product, to make sure you are ordering the right size.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and we will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address - If we take down the wrong address, or you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. We will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
